Description

You will work on processing and analyzing large-scale audience and media consumption data to deliver insights for advertising, content measurement, and consumer analytics. The role includes maintaining and enhancing high-volume data pipelines, expanding data products, and ensuring reliable delivery of analytics solutions. You’ll troubleshoot pipeline failures and data integrity issues, deliver production-ready changes with automated testing, and transition legacy processes toward Kubernetes-native operators while preserving Airflow compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve pipeline failures; triage data integrity issues and apply targeted code fixes

• Address operational tickets during assigned hours; respond to production incidents as needed

• Submit validated pull requests with automated testing and provide concise technical summaries per ticket

• Transition legacy processes to Kubernetes-native operators and maintain Airflow compatibility

• Refactor code according to customer engineering standards

• Support cross-functional integration requirements with internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent)

• 5+ years of Data Engineer experience

• Hands-on production experience on AWS or Databricks

• Strong production proficiency in Python and PySpark

• Experience designing and developing API-first services

• Production experience with Apache Airflow

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes infrastructure management

• Strong understanding of distributed data processing and workflow orchestration

• English: Upper-Intermediate level or above
