Description

Lead the AI solution architecture landscape for Consumer Intelligence, ensuring AI solutions are built on strong foundations. Own solution design from early idea to decision, drive rapid prototyping and PoCs, and ensure engineering standards across CI/CD, cloud services, security, and data governance. Evolve architecture standards in an AI-first landscape and partner with product and business stakeholders to prioritize where AI creates real value.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design from idea to decision; translate early concepts into buildable technical direction

• Own requirements, backlog, and architectural decisions across initiatives

• Engage hands-on with teams to shape direction in real time

• Drive rapid prototyping and PoCs (e.g., Copilot-based interactions, AI-driven insights, agent-based concepts)

• Ensure fit-for-purpose engineering standards for CI/CD, cloud, security, and data governance

• Evolve what “good architecture” means in an AI-first environment

• Act as a trusted voice for product and business stakeholders to cut through complexity and set priorities

Requirements

• Strong experience designing AI-powered solutions (LLM-based applications and agent-based architectures) with production track record

• End-to-end solution architecture across applications, integrations, data flows, and data pipelines for AI use

• Grounding in software engineering fundamentals (CI/CD, cloud services, security, data governance)

• Ability to motivate and enable teams; grow technical maturity through hands-on presence

• Experience in agile product teams with strong communication and ability to influence at senior level
