• Role: Computer Vision Engineer (Europe; preference for Prague)

Description

Design and develop onboard computer-vision capabilities for unmanned systems and UAV autonomy. Work in a small team to integrate computer vision directly onboard to support guidance and navigation, taking projects from problem definition through implementation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve object detection and tracking solutions for UAV onboard autonomy
• Apply data augmentation and evaluate models to meet operational performance needs
• Optimize computer-vision models for resource-constrained embedded hardware

Requirements

• Strong foundations in classical computer vision and deep learning
• Experience with object detection
• Experience with single- or multi-object tracking
• Understanding of data augmentation and model evaluation
• Experience optimizing models for resource-constrained hardware, including TensorRT or quantization
