Description

Join a newly formed small team to expand and maintain an in-house CRM product and its components. You will develop full-stack features across backend and frontend (about a 1:1 split), and participate in debugging, performance monitoring, releases, and technical decisions. The product includes an administration area and web and display experiences for players, kiosks, and TV screens.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the full-stack CRM product and its related components

• Work on a product consisting of an admin area, a player web app, kiosk functionality, and TV display interfaces

• Design and implement features with an approximately 50/50 backend vs frontend split

• Support live operations: debugging, performance tuning, release preparation, and bug fixing

• Help shape product direction, optimizations, and technical decisions

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and sysadmins with deep domain knowledge

Requirements

• Advanced C#/.NET knowledge for full-stack development

• Experience with a relational database (MySQL or similar)

• Experience designing and developing web applications using modern architecture

• Willingness to be onsite 1–2× per week in Prague or Jičín

• Interest in long-term product development, quality, and technical direction

• Willingness to innovate, improve, and keep learning
