Description

You’ll join a product team to design and ship full-stack functionality that has real users. The work spans the full flow—from data flow and backend logic to the interfaces users interact with—across fast-growing products. You’ll be expected to take ownership of architecture, data modeling, and responsible use of AI in production.

Responsibilities

• Design data flow and build backend logic plus user-facing components
• Influence system architecture and the data model
• Decide what to build internally vs. reuse existing solutions
• Iterate quickly: align on direction in the morning and ship by the afternoon when possible
• Collaborate across the stack to ensure quality on both backend and frontend

Requirements

• Medior-level full-stack experience
• Strong database fundamentals (modeling, relationships, and production performance)
• Ability to write and maintain clean, well-structured TypeScript code
• Experience developing with React and building practical UIs
• Practical knowledge of PostgreSQL and scaling/performance considerations
• Ownership mindset: gather context, propose solutions, and challenge unclear ideas
• Product thinking: understand user impact and behavior as the system grows
• Responsible AI usage: use AI tools often, but ensure the code is understood and maintainable
