You will collaborate with a cross-functional product team consisting of Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers. The team values ownership, open communication, and independent problem solving while working together to deliver production-ready solutions.

Position Overview

We are looking for two Senior Full Stack Developers to contribute to the development and evolution of a large-scale digital platform. You will work on complex product initiatives, help shape technical solutions, and support the delivery of high-quality features across the full application stack. This opportunity has a preference for candidates who can work within an EU-friendly time zone, up to two hours from CET.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex web applications using TypeScript and React.
• Build, integrate, and optimize solutions that interact with GraphQL APIs.
• Design and implement scalable frontend and backend functionality.
• Maintain and improve existing Go services.
• Collaborate with product and design stakeholders to transform requirements into technical solutions.
• Write, maintain, and improve end-to-end tests to ensure application quality.
• Design and evolve PostgreSQL database schemas.
• Optimize database performance and implement safe migration strategies.
• Investigate production and development issues and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and reliability.
• Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript.
• Strong experience building applications with React.
• Experience working with GraphQL APIs.
• Experience writing and maintaining end-to-end tests.
• Experience translating product and design requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Practical experience developing and maintaining services in Go.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, performance tuning, and database migrations.
• Experience working independently with product requirements and limited technical specifications.
• Ability to investigate technical problems and evaluate multiple implementation approaches.
• Experience using AI coding agents and development assistance tools within the software delivery process.
• Experience delivering and supporting production-ready applications.

• Experience working in distributed international teams.
