Description

You will partner with customers from the first business meeting through final deployment of the VERITICO platform. You configure the solution to match specific client requirements, manage transformation and change, and implement AI-driven components in forecasting and planning. You continuously track KPIs and propose data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end: discovery and requirements definition → implementation → final deployment
• Apply retail knowledge to support inventory planning, promo activities, pricing, and retail optimization needs
• Configure platform parameters to fit client-specific requirements
• Drive process change alongside software deployment
• Implement and operationalize AI components for predictions and planning
• Analyze KPI performance and recommend ongoing improvements
• Train and mentor customer teams to maximize solution adoption

Requirements

• Experience from retail or FMCG/CPG
• Knowledge of at least three areas across supply chain, inventory, demand forecasting, logistics, planning, retail optimization, analytics, or revenue growth management
• English at C1 communication level
• Analytical and logical thinking with a strong data-driven mindset
• Communication skills to explain complex topics simply to customers and engineering teams
• Proactivity and drive
• Driver’s license category B and willingness to travel
• University degree in economics, engineering, mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
