Description

Join as a technical co-founder to extend and significantly modernize an existing ESG platform. You will take ownership for product delivery and for stable, secure, and cost-effective cloud operations, including incident management and proactive monitoring. The roadmap includes AI use cases that simplify working with data and automate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand, and modernize the online ESG/corporate sustainability platform

• Modernize the user interface and optimize data logic

• Own application stability in Azure cloud (environment management, process automation, deployments)

• Safely roll out new versions without impacting running production

• Handle incident management and proactive monitoring

• Drive technology governance and security standards

• Continuously monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure costs

• Research, test, and adopt new tools/components to accelerate or improve the platform

• Create and set up AI use cases for data/reporting automation and simplification

• Simplify existing processes and plan delivery more efficiently

Requirements

• Senior full-stack experience with end-to-end delivery and product thinking

• Cloud experience (ideally Azure) and production operations background

• DevOps principles, including deployment/reliability practices

• Experience designing data models and building integrations via APIs, imports, and connectors

• Experience building similar platforms for corporate clients

• Willingness to accept lower-than-usual fixed compensation in the short term in exchange for equity and long-term success

• Comfort working directly in code while also planning strategically and evaluating modern tools

• Interest in implementing AI models in enterprise software
