Description

Build and improve internal C# applications used by the backoffice for processing algorithmic trades, client asset management, and regulatory reporting. Work on a legislative reporting system that processes 100,000+ trades daily, and develop BI reporting for trading—from basic reports to complex data views and data preparation. Emphasis is on quality code, ownership of tasks, and collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal applications supporting backoffice functions for algorithmic trades, client asset administration, and regulatory reporting

• Design and extend solutions with simple, efficient, and long-term maintainable architecture and technologies

• Work with large data volumes for legislative reporting (100,000+ trades daily)

• Enhance BI reporting for trading, from basic reporting to complex data dashboards and data preparation

• Collaborate across the RSJ group on various internal projects

Requirements

• C# programming experience, or a strong desire to further develop in C#

• Care about code quality and finding good solutions

• Experience with at least part of the technology stack: C#/.NET for Windows, MS SQL, WPF, Entity Framework Core

• Knowledge of ASP.NET and/or experience with unit and integration tests are beneficial (not required)

• Interest in how systems work, including both application/business logic and architecture/technology improvements

• Willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks and to discuss ideas with the team
