Quality Assurance Engineer

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)Availability: ASAP / within 1 monthAbout the Role:We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join an international team working on a large-scale Dealer Management System used across multiple global markets. The role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of a desktop-based business application that supports critical operational and financial processes.Responsibilities:Design, create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test strategiesDevelop, execute, and maintain end-to-end tests for desktop applicationsPerform desktop application testing and API testingIdentify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycleWork closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure high-quality deliverySupport and contribute to test automation initiatives using Ranorex and C#Manage test activities, test cases, defects, and requirements within Azure DevOpsApply AI-assisted testing approaches using tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar solutionsContribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality standardsEnsure the robustness and reliability of critical business workflows and system functionalitiesRequirements:Experience in software testing and quality assuranceGood understanding of ISTQB testing principles, test planning, test strategy, bug tracking, and testing methodologiesExperience in desktop application testingExperience in API testingKnowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScriptUnderstanding of Agile methodologies and ways of workingExperience working with Azure DevOpsKnowledge of SQL queriesExperience with AI-assisted testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutionsStrong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and effectively within a collaborative team environmentFull professional proficiency in EnglishNice to Have:Experience with desktop test automation tools such as RanorexExperience in both desktop and web application testingBasic knowledge of Azure Cloud servicesBasic knowledge of IBM i RPGProject Environment:Global Dealer Management System supporting workshop, parts, mechanic, invoicing, and dealer-related operationsInternational team consisting of Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and Business AnalystsTest planning, test case management, bug tracking, requirements management, repository management, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOpsTest automation using Ranorex with C#API testing using InsomniaWhat We Offer:Opportunity to work on a business-critical application used across multiple international marketsCollaboration with international teams Exposure to desktop application testing, test automation, and AI-assisted testing practicesLong-term project in a global and collaborative environmentMultisport cardPrivate healthcareGroup life insurance
