Description

Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of a major SAP carve-out programme with a global team. Own the separation programme and work closely with corporate M&A leadership, functional experts, and technical teams to deliver a business-critical transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and delivery methodology, leveraging market best practices

• Identify stakeholders, define roles and responsibilities, and establish effective governance

• Build and maintain a detailed, executable project plan covering impact assessment, design, build, testing, deployment, training, and hypercare

• Track and mitigate risks, escalating proactively to keep milestones on track

• Coordinate service providers/third-party vendors and collaborate with distributed teams across time zones

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in SAP environments, including integration and/or separation (carve-in/carve-out) projects

• Functional expertise in one or more SAP modules

• Proven leadership of cross-functional, matrix-based delivery, coordinating large teams in an international context

• Fluent French and English (written and spoken)

• Strong leadership, autonomy, and rigor, with a proactive and decisive mindset

• Lean mindset and continuous improvement focus

• Comfort working across functional, technical, and business stakeholders in a high-pressure, fixed-deadline environment
