Description

Responsible for designing, tuning, and deploying advanced AI/ML and GenAI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning. You will build MLOps/LLMOps processes, implement RAG with Azure AI Search, work with the latest LLMs via Azure OpenAI, and integrate solutions into a new claims-handling system ecosystem. You will also support AI governance/AI Act compliance, including technical documentation and model monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, tune, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and GenAI solutions on Azure AI Foundry and Azure ML
• Build and optimize MLOps/LLMOps pipelines using Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Integrate AI solutions with the new claims-handling systems ecosystem
• Implement advanced RAG solutions using Azure AI Search and work with the latest LLMs in Azure OpenAI
• Contribute to AI Governance and AI Act compliance (technical documentation and model monitoring)
• Collaborate actively with business and IT teams, present results, and support AI rollout and adoption

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an AI Engineer, AI Developer, or related role, including at least 1 year of production deployments
• Experience designing and implementing GenAI solutions: LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration of AI-based processes
• Proficiency in Python
• Hands-on MLOps/LLMOps experience with Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluating the quality of AI-generated responses
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, especially services supporting AI and GenAI
• Experience integrating AI solutions with business systems via REST API, asynchronous communication, and integration platforms
• Experience with source code management tools: Git and Azure DevOps or GitHub
• Higher technical education (CS, math, sciences, engineering or related)
• Proactive and independent approach; ability to take ownership from concept to deployment
• English knowledge at least B2
• Availability to provide services in Warsaw in a hybrid model (3 onsite days, 2 remote)
• Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act requirements
