Description

You will complete either a 3-year program at HSBA Business Informatics (B. Sc.) or a 3.5-year program at Nordakademie in Elmshorn (Wirtschaftsinformatik, B. Sc.) while gaining practical experience primarily in your home department.

The role prepares you for tasks that connect business administration and IT, enabling you to take on responsibility for topics and projects early in the program.

Responsibilities

• Learn business administration and IT topics to prepare for business/IT interface roles
• Build skills through practical work mainly in your home department
• Take on early responsibility for projects and subject areas
• Participate in in-house seminars and workshops (e.g., conversation skills, self-marketing, learning techniques)
• Contribute to apprentice projects, including social engagement (e.g., fundraising) and apprentice recruiting initiatives

Requirements

• Abitur with a very good to good grade average, with strengths in Mathematics and Computer Science
• Interest in business and IT (e.g., programming, project management, controlling)
• Enjoy exchanging with colleagues and customers
• German skills at C1–C2 level
• Quick comprehension, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Willingness and ability to learn new topics and work through complex subjects
• Pass the Nordakademie selection test (optional if NAK)
