Description

You will complete a dual study focused on IT consulting and contribute to advising customers on technical questions, developing and improving IT applications, and supporting the introduction of new programs and systems.

After your successful completion, the program opens multiple career paths (e.g., Business Analyst, Project Lead, Customer Consultant, or Rollout Manager).

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on technical questions

• Present new IT solutions

• Design new applications and further develop existing applications

• Support the rollout and introduction of new programs

• Work in IT projects

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions

• Support the introduction of new systems and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements
