Description

You will write and test product or system development code, collaborating through design and code reviews to ensure best practices for style, testability, and efficiency. You will design and implement solutions in specialized ML areas while leveraging ML infrastructure, and triage/debug/track issues across hardware, network, or service operations.

Responsibilities

• Write and test product or system development code
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews
• Contribute to documentation or educational content and update it based on feedback and product changes
• Triage and debug/track/resolve product or system issues by analyzing root causes and impact on operations and quality
• Design and implement solutions in one or more specialized ML areas and leverage ML infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience programming in Python or C++
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture
• 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML field
• 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging)

Benefits

• Individual pay determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
• US: $174,000–$252,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
