Description

Design, develop, and support enterprise healthcare payer applications using modern Microsoft technologies. You will build secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that improve operational efficiency, user experience, and business compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative applications for healthcare payer operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and the .NET Framework

  • Build scalable, secure, maintainable solutions for healthcare payer operations

  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

  • Optimize performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement continuous improvements

  • Support quality through testing, code reviews, documentation, and deployment best practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using .NET technologies

  • Strong experience with .NET, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, and SQL databases

  • Experience building secure, scalable, high-performing web applications

  • Knowledge of source control, testing methodologies, and Agile software development practices

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for cross-team collaboration

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Compensation

Annual salary range: $97,000–$114,000 (based on experience and qualifications). Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, subject to plan terms.
