Description

The Business Support Analyst provides business support and data management for Roche’s SAP ERP system, including related systems under the Order to Cash and Systems Management team. You will act as an ERP subject matter expert, drive daily actions to improve quality objectives, and monitor system stability with high accountability for revenue recognition. The role collaborates with local ERP support and IT partners to ensure compliance, accuracy, and that system requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve the ERP system and achieve quality objectives through daily actions

• Serve as ERP subject matter expert for assigned processes and system functionality

• Develop cross-functional relationships to support document/plan deployment and effective knowledge flow

• Drive continuous improvements to increase productivity, quality, and service

• Determine methodology, approach, and work plan within the area of expertise

• Monitor system stability with high accountability for revenue recognition

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (experience may be considered in lieu)

• 4 years of analytical experience

• Data analysis experience (2 years)

• Strong technical and SAP system knowledge

• Attention to detail

• Problem solving, customer service, interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills

• Previous project management experience

• Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship, or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience
