Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Consultant for a long-term enterprise project in the SAP Utilities area. The role is for an expert with experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, responsible for SAP CRM, business requirements analysis, and collaboration with business and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Design, configure, and develop solutions in the SAP CRM area
• Work with SAP CRM Interaction Center solutions
• Lead consulting activities in the assigned scope
• Collaborate with business and project/technical teams
• Support key phases of implementation and solution development

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as SAP CRM Consultant
• Very good, practical knowledge of SAP CRM
• Experience in the Interaction Center area
• Experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA projects
• Experience in requirements analysis and designing SAP solutions
• Ability to independently lead the assigned scope
• Very good communication skills and experience working with business
