Description

You will support leading energy and water companies with SAP IS-U and S/4HANA Utilities projects, particularly in SAP CRM Utilities and customer engagement. The work includes consulting on integration and implementation of energy-industry customer service processes for B2C and B2B segments, plus analyzing processes and creating solution concepts. You will also help implement these concepts into working application systems through rollout while ensuring functional and software quality.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP IS-U and S/4HANA Utilities implementations, especially SAP CRM Utilities and Customer Engagement

• Advise on integration and implementation of customer service processes for B2C and B2B segments

• Analyze processes and create solution concepts for optimized business operations and IT architectures in utilities

• Support converting solution concepts into functioning application systems, including rollout and ensuring functional and software quality

Requirements

• Degree in energy economics, energy engineering, business administration, business informatics, or equivalent vocational training with strong energy or IT relevance

• Several years of consulting and/or SAP experience with deep knowledge in at least one topic: SAP CRM for Utilities (B2B and B2C), IS-U customer service (CIC0, front-office processes, SAP Business Workflow), or Customer Engagement in S/4HANA Utilities

• Familiarity with coding, especially ABAP and debugging

• Secure communication in German and English, internally and externally
