About the Project

We are seeking a Senior SAP Sales & Service Cloud Specialist / Developer to support the implementation, optimization, and integration of the CRM/CX portfolio within enterprise SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and extend SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C) v1 and v2 solutions.
• Develop custom business logic, objects, and UI components using Cloud Applications Studio (SDK) for v1 and native extensibility tools for v2.
• Configure standard scoping and fine-tuning models across Sales and Service modules, including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Tickets, and Installed Base.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot standard and custom integrations between C4C and SAP S/4HANA via SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and Public APIs.
• Participate in C4C v1-to-v2 migration efforts, system rollouts, and ongoing architectural enhancements.

Expectations

• In-depth functional knowledge of standard C4C Sales and Service processes, scoping, and fine-tuning.
• Hands-on SDK development expertise in Cloud Applications Studio (v1) and modern v2 extensibility, including custom fields, objects, business rules, and UI adaptation.
• Practical experience integrating C4C with SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and Public APIs / OData.
• Proven track record of at least 2 C4C implementations and at least 1 C4C v2 implementation or migration project.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities across C4C configurations, custom code, and integration flows.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
