Description

Support the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain solutions by gathering requirements, envisioning solution design, running workshops and fit-to-standard analysis, configuring functionality to customer business specifics, and preparing project and training documentation. Troubleshoot and support implemented SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the customer to gather relevant requirements
• Analyze business requirements to envision solution design in advance
• Participate in Business Workshops and perform Fit-to-Standard Analysis
• Configure and customize SAP Logistics, Sales and Supply Chain functionality according to customer business/industry needs
• Prepare project documentation, including training and education materials for business application users
• Troubleshoot and support SAP solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with SAP Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain solutions
• Knowledge of overall SAP S/4HANA functionality and SAP Activate methodology
• Background in specific business domain processes
• In-depth understanding of SAP SD areas, including org structure setup, order management (listing/exclusion, outbound scheduling, status profile, credit management), and ATP
• Expertise in pricing, outputs, and printing forms
• Proficiency in OTC process, returns, and special processes (customer consignment, STO, 3rd party processing)
• Familiarity with interfaces (IDocs), 3PL integration, and enhancement techniques (user exits, enhancement points, BAdIs)
• Understanding of SAP Fiori launchpad customization
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of the international project team
• Strong English (B2)
