Description

You will help build a new, scalable platform by translating domain logic into fast, intuitive, and truly usable interfaces for customers and internal teams. You’ll work end-to-end across the stack, including API-first development and modular cloud architecture (Azure). This is a true Greenfield setup—no legacy, no ballast.

Responsibilities

• Implement customer-facing frontend surfaces and interfaces based on the platform logic
• Develop admin interfaces for internal teams
• Support backend development for APIs, data models, and integrations in close collaboration with a technical partner team
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and external partner team to turn business logic into usable, performant user interfaces
• Build and help shape the internal development team
• Contribute to testing, debugging, refinement, and documentation

Requirements

• Experience as a Full-Stack Developer: strong frontend and backend skills across the full application stack
• TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS experience for maintainable, type-safe, modular backend and full-stack applications
• Practical knowledge of modern frontend development for customer portals, admin surfaces, dashboards, and internal tools
• Backend experience with API development, data modeling, validation, authorization, and system integrations
• PostgreSQL familiarity for transactional data, relational modeling, migrations, and performance-conscious queries
• API-first development understanding (REST contracts, versioned endpoints, clear frontend/backend responsibility separation) within a modular Azure architecture
• Structured, careful working style with a focus on scalability and maintainability
• Motivation to contribute from the start to a small, growing tech team
• German and English proficiency
