Description

As a Python Developer and technical project lead, you will drive the introduction of a business CRM/ERP solution for service companies. You will analyze existing business processes, develop an implementation concept, and ensure the software is used effectively across different industries. You will also implement technical configurations, build scripts and automation, create Microsoft Office templates, adapt user interfaces, and run training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM/ERP introduction at customer organizations
• Guide customers in implementing efficient business processes
• Analyze customer business processes and recommend the best solution
• Implement the software, perform technical configuration, and develop scripts and automations
• Create Microsoft Office templates (Word/Excel/Access) and adapt user interfaces
• Conduct training and communicate recurring product requirements to product management

Requirements

• Strong Python knowledge and technical affinity
• Ability to understand and work with business process requirements
• Ability to develop concepts and implement them technically
• Willingness to travel in the DACH region (~30%, typically day trips)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and customer-focused solution building
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level (mandatory)
• Ideally: Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Access) and SQL; ERP/CRM implementation/customization experience is a plus
