Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineering teams
• Drive engineering strategy aligned with business objectives
• Manage project planning, execution, and successful delivery
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
• Support technical decision-making and engineering best practices
• Improve engineering processes and developer experience
• Monitor project scope, quality, timelines, and delivery
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams
• Previous hands-on experience with PHP, Golang, or React
• Experience working in e-commerce environments
• Understanding of Developer Experience (DX)
• Knowledge of SLO and SLI concepts
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (B2/C1)
