Description

Lead Alfresco platform upgrades across enterprise environments and guide technical decisions throughout the migration lifecycle, including compatibility assessment for existing customizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Alfresco platform upgrades across enterprise environments, including work on the Alfresco 26.x stack
  • Assess existing customizations for compatibility with target versions and recommend remediation approaches
  • Plan and execute migration activities, including testing, remediation, and go-live support
  • Design and implement extensions and customizations within the Alfresco architecture
  • Develop solutions leveraging Java and Spring frameworks
  • Support records management processes, with a focus on physical records management
  • Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to manage delivery across Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker environments
  • Communicate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements
  • Work independently to navigate complex enterprise environments and deliver technical outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with ACS, APS, ACA/ADF and AGS
  • Deep understanding of Alfresco architecture, extension frameworks, and customization patterns
  • Experience with Java and Spring development
  • Experience with records management solutions, preferably physical records management
  • Experience with Azure, Kubernetes and Docker in DevSecOps delivery contexts
  • Proven track record performing Alfresco platform upgrades, migration planning, testing, remediation and go-live support
  • Ability to assess customizations for compatibility with target versions and recommend remediation approaches
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work independently within a complex enterprise environment
  • Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
