Description

Consultant support for a client’s AIFMD reporting obligations, including operational support for recurring AIFMD / Annex IV reporting processes and regulatory change analysis and implementation support for upcoming changes under AIFMD II / AIFMD 2.0. The role is crucial to ensure compliance and operational resilience amid evolving regulatory landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely, complete and accurate AIFMD reporting during the engagement period.
• Assess current AIFMD reporting processes, data flows, controls, and ownership, identifying gaps between current-state processes and upcoming AIFMD II requirements.
• Translate regulatory changes into practical business, data, system and control requirements.
• Support implementation of required process, control and documentation changes.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, Legal, Risk, Data, IT and Fund Administration.
• Prepare knowledge transfer and handover materials before the end of the engagement.

Requirements

• AIFMD subject matter expertise
• Experience with analysis, documentation, and implementation support
• Operational reporting and data experience
• Ability to identify risks, gaps and dependencies
