    • Identify automation opportunities via feedback; analyze infrastructure processes; propose enhancements for efficiency
    • Liaison with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams; document project requirements and ensure collaboration
    • Build a centralized repository of technical and procedural knowledge using insights from other projects

Description

Work on IT infrastructure transformation by collaborating with teams to troubleshoot incidents, assess and improve infrastructure maturity, design scalable solutions, manage deployments and releases, and strengthen security, compliance, performance, and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Incident resolution and root cause analysis
  • Infrastructure evaluation, due diligence support, and assessment reporting
  • Scalable infrastructure design and technical documentation
  • Release/deployment coordination with testing and version control
  • Maintenance, emergency fixes, upgrades, and integration continuity
  • Performance analysis and capacity planning
  • Security checks, recovery drills, compliance audits, and continuity planning
  • Automation opportunity identification and process improvement proposals
  • Cross-team coordination with onsite/offshore/vendors
  • Centralized knowledge repository development

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in F5 Load Balancers
  • Experience in F5 LTM (Local Traffic Manager)
  • Experience in F5 GTM (Global Traffic Manager / DNS)
  • Advanced-level experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
  • Cisco routing/switching experience (advanced to intermediate)
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • Relocation and/or travel may be required
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
