• Manage products for North American customers to ensure the product roadmap aligns with customer network evolution.
• Collect and understand customer needs by gathering feature requests from sales and customers to close roadmap gaps.
• Prioritize feature requests across North America and other regions for maximum impact.
• Provide innovative network solutions that meet and exceed customer business needs.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams on pricing strategies and customer pricing approvals.
• Support sales regions in achieving bookings targets and ensuring overall profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights.
• Work with account teams to understand customer requirements and deliver solutions.
• Document and present product strategies and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Optical Networking
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with a proven track record in building relationships
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach
• Willingness to travel within North America and internationally as required
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in using product management tools and techniques
• Understanding of optical networking technologies and industry standards
• Proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for technology and customer success
