Own the product vision and technical delivery for next-generation digital platforms that power global Cell Therapy manufacturing operations, governing delivery through external partners to ensure quality, compliance, and architectural standards.

Connect Manufacturing Operations, Automation Engineering, Digital, Quality, and Product teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and intelligent manufacturing ecosystems.

Transform complex GMP workflows into simple, reliable digital experiences that reduce cycle time, increase reliability, and protect chain of identity and custody.

Accountabilities

  • Delivery Partner Governance & Product Ownership: Act as internal technical product owner; define what gets built; hold partners accountable to quality, compliance, and architecture standards; review and challenge vendor designs; prevent dependency on any single integrator.

  • Custom LIMS Applications & Digital Manufacturing Platforms: Own custom LIMS delivery and scalable digital manufacturing platforms; define MES/LIMS requirements, automation interfaces, robotics workflows, and orchestration capabilities for digital batch execution and real-time visibility.

  • MES & LIMS Workflow Orchestration: Govern orchestration frameworks integrating MES, LIMS, ERP, automation, robotics, and data platforms; specify APIs and event-driven architectures; validate implementations against technical and compliance requirements.

  • Tulip Manufacturing Applications: Own Tulip application roadmap and delivery; define user stories and acceptance criteria; oversee reusable components and low-code workflows for operator execution, deviations, equipment monitoring, and process visibility.

  • Robotics & Manufacturing Automation Integration: Integrate robotics, automation equipment, OT systems, and edge devices by defining requirements, validating technical designs, and enforcing implementation quality standards.

  • Enterprise Systems Integration: Define integrations between MES, LIMS, SAP, automation, and analytics; enable real-time sample tracking, chain of identity/custody, and manufacturing genealogy; govern canonical data models and API integrations.

  • Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery: Manage roadmaps and sprints; apply Agile, CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, and version control to deliver scalable, secure, maintainable, and GxP-compliant solutions; validate partner/vendor deliverables.

  • AI & Advanced Digital Manufacturing: Use AI/ML for workflow optimization, exception handling, predictive maintenance, and manufacturing intelligence; support digital twins and Industry 4.0 adoption.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Scale: Translate business needs into delivery plans; support deployments, validation, training, and operational readiness; establish global standards and reusable templates to scale across sites.
