Description
The Titling Specialist is responsible for title estimates, VIN searches, preparing title packages for DMVs or title agencies, and following up on post-closing items and proper stacking of Loan/Lease files, as well as day to day support of the entire Loan/Lease Closing department (Documentation, Audit and Funding).
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct verbal verifications on title estimates with customers
- Conduct VIN searches when necessary
- Call DMVs to get more information on a State
- Scan, retrieve, and deliver mail
- Handle UPS shipments when necessary
- Receive and distribute packages
- Maintain reports and follow up on title processing
- Call customers to inquire about the status of a title
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of customer service experience

- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to learn additional systems as needed
- Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
- Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and most importantly performance in the job role.
- Minimum Job Range Target: $41,902.50 USD
- Median Job Range Target: $49,883.40 USD
