Description

The Titling Specialist is responsible for title estimates, VIN searches, preparing title packages for DMVs or title agencies, and following up on post-closing items and proper stacking of Loan/Lease files, as well as day to day support of the entire Loan/Lease Closing department (Documentation, Audit and Funding).

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct verbal verifications on title estimates with customers
• Conduct VIN searches when necessary
• Call DMVs to get more information on a State
• Scan, retrieve, and deliver mail
• Handle UPS shipments when necessary
• Receive and distribute packages
• Maintain reports and follow up on title processing
• Call customers to inquire about the status of a title

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year of customer service experience

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and most importantly performance in the job role.

• Minimum Job Range Target: $41,902.50 USD
• Median Job Range Target: $49,883.40 USD
