Description

Provide support focused on identifying and resolving issues in Node.js applications using TypeScript and SQL/NoSQL technologies, mainly on AWS Cloud. Work with client issue reports and troubleshoot during the 14–22 CET/CEST time window, communicating proactively and solving bugs and ongoing requests. Contribute to the product by improving it, modifying DB structures, and writing documentation for delivered code and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the client to gather the issue report and troubleshoot during 14–22 CET/CEST
• Review error tracking tools, infrastructure, and 3rd party connections; debug as needed
• Prioritize requests/bugs and solve ongoing client requests
• Provide proactive communication and problem-solving for top-quality service
• Write readable and easy-to-maintain JavaScript code
• Fix and improve the product; modify basic DB structures
• Write documentation for delivered code and solutions
• Translate business complexities (user stories/tasks) into technical solutions (results/estimations)
• Stay on top of trends/news; share learnings and teach others; aim for high-quality solutions
• Improve and reuse the knowledge base

Requirements

• Available within 14–22 CET/CEST time
• 2+ years of commercial experience in Node.js
• Essential experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Vast knowledge of JavaScript framework (Express.js preferred)
• SOLID and KISS principles
• Knowledge of design and architecture patterns
• Know-how of Docker and GitHub Actions
• Primary usage of AWS S3 services
• Detail oriented and problem solver
• English C1
