Description

The position involves creating solutions from early stages—problem identification, literature and standards analysis, prototype development, tests, validation, and documentation of results. You will work in projects that produce methodologies, risk models, security requirements, system architectures, software prototypes, AI modules, test scenarios, R&D reports, and implementation materials. Some outcomes may be developed into publications, conference presentations, expert opinions, or intellectual property filings.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and task dependencies

• Coordinate work of the research and technical team

• Organize workshops, reviews, and deliverable acceptances

• Ensure concepts, prototypes, tests, and documentation are delivered on time

• Coordinate activities with external partners

• Prepare short reports for management and project teams

• Organize and structure R&D outputs so they can be reused in future projects, publications, or services

Requirements

• Master’s-level education

• 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years of experience managing teams

• Experience running R&D projects in technology, IT, cybersecurity, or AI

• Ability to manage team work, timelines, and risks

• Practical experience working with technical experts and external partners

• Very good work organization and efficient writing of project documentation

• English proficiency to work with technical documentation and standards
