Focus area: IT systems supporting outbound logistics (store and e-commerce shipments, international transport, courier integrations, commercial documentation, invoicing, and data exchange with external partners). Ecosystem: distributed systems including transport, warehouse, billing, ERP, and an integration layer.

Description

Design solutions for new functionality and changes in existing systems across logistics and e-commerce integration domains. You will be responsible for integration design from contract and pattern selection through developer support, and validation after deployment in production.

Responsibilities

  • Design solutions for new functionality and changes in existing systems: responsibility split, model data.
  • Choose synchronous or asynchronous integration approaches between systems and design APIs.
  • Use agent-based AI tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor) daily for code/data analysis, contract prototyping, and verification of architectural decisions.
  • Select architectural patterns and incorporate non-functional requirements.
  • Analyze data and system logic in Oracle and PostgreSQL using SQL, code, and logs.
  • Create Enterprise Architect diagrams describing system logic, data flows, and processes (UML, BPMN, C4).
  • Document solutions in Enterprise Architect and Confluence.
  • Review designs and contracts with developers before implementation; verify on production after deployment.
  • Align contracts and data exchange with external partners and other system teams; collaborate with business, key users, project managers, and testers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as solutions architect, system designer, or system analyst close to architecture and development.
  • Experience designing system architecture and solutions delivered to production.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns for distributed systems.
  • Practical understanding of REST, SOAP, ESB, and message queues/brokers.
  • Ability to design APIs from contracts and understand impacts on consumers when contracts change.
  • Working experience with agent-based AI tools in IDE and CLI.
  • Knowledge of MCP and awareness of data that must not be shared.
  • Strong SQL skills and data modeling; ability to evolve the data model without breaking existing integrations.
  • Ability to read application and database code to reconstruct integration behavior (even without daily coding).
  • Ability to model systems in Enterprise Architect (or similar), including UML and BPMN diagrams.
  • Clear technical documentation skills and ability to explain architectural decisions to developers and business.
  • Autonomous work, ownership of decisions, and ability to correct decisions based on evidence.
  • Polish C1 and English B2+.
