Senior Salesforce Developer (Field Service)

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the delivery of complex Salesforce Field Service Solutions, providing hands-on development, technical guidance and quality assurance while supporting other developers.

Responsibilities

• Build complex solutions using Salesforce configuration, Screen Flows, record-triggered and scheduled Flows, Apex, batch processing and LWC
• Configure Salesforce Field Service scheduling policies, work rules and service objectives
• Set up territories, resources and optimization processes
• Develop technician mobile processes
• Review code and configuration to ensure solutions follow agreed engineering standards
• Lead testing, troubleshooting and defect resolution activities
• Support epic refinement activities
• Produce maintainable technical documentation and deployment components

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience across Apex, Flow and LWC
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and data modeling
• Expertise in designing and delivering complex solutions on the Salesforce platform
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Experience with Salesforce Field Service and Field Service Mobile
