Description

You will plan and lead business analysis, collect and manage business/functional/non-functional requirements, design business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and the development team. You will perform system analysis and prepare documentation, design screens, data models, and APIs, analyze and migrate data, and translate requirements into user stories and backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience on commercial projects in a similar role
• Higher education (IT-related) and/or finance
• English at least B2
• Very good knowledge of business analysis and systems analysis methods
• Experience in process design and system integrations
• Knowledge of APIs, data models, and fundamentals of system architecture
• Experience working with data and migrations
• Practical experience with Scrum/Agile
• Nice to have: knowledge of complaints or banking processes
