Description

You will plan and lead business analysis, collect and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements, design business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and the delivery team. The role includes system analysis and documentation, designing screens, data models, and APIs, analyzing and migrating data, and translating requirements into user stories and an Agile/Scrum backlog.

• Analyze and migrate data
• Convert requirements into user stories and backlog in Agile/Scrum

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial projects in a similar role
• Higher education in IT or related field and/or finance
• English level at least B2
• Very good knowledge of business and system analysis methods
• Experience designing processes and integrating systems
• Knowledge of APIs and data models and fundamentals of system architecture
• Experience working with data and data migrations
• Practical knowledge of Scrum/Agile
• Preferred: knowledge of claims or banking processes
