Description

You will work as a Business Analyst supporting a logistics-focused, long-term engagement in Scrum teams combined with client staff. The role covers analyzing client needs, preparing business requirement specifications, facilitating analytical workshops, and contributing to solution selection. You will also create functional designs and analytical documentation, and collaborate with developers and testers during implementation and acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide services in Scrum teams combined with client employees; focus on teamwork and self-organization
• Analyze client needs and prepare business requirement specifications
• Lead analytical workshops and advise clients on choosing optimal solutions
• Prepare functional designs and analytical documentation
• Collaborate with the implementation team and client representatives during delivery
• Collaborate with the testing team in acceptance tests of the delivered solutions
• Support developers during the programming process
• Support the team in understanding goals, identifying with the product, and building engagement
• Manage change

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of IT project experience as Business Analyst
• Knowledge and experience with logistics systems are welcome
• Very good knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and Enterprise Architect
• Practical knowledge of business analysis methodologies, including as-is process analysis and to-be process design
• Integration knowledge: REST API and OpenAPI; define and analyze integration contracts
• Ability to create and manage functional and non-functional requirements
• Practical experience creating User Stories
• Experience creating comprehensive system and analytical documentation
• Ability to adapt to projects with changing structure and high dynamics
• Experience working with large amounts of data; ability to independently verify data for analysis
• Ability to write User Stories with strong emphasis on technical Acceptance Criteria (AC)
• Knowledge of relational databases, including analyzing data with SQL
• Logistics industry experience is welcome
