Description

You will lead the development of an AI-enabled developer environment and tooling that supports AI-assisted development. The work includes building MCP servers, CLI tools, and AI Skills, finding new use cases, optimizing developer workflows, and partnering on model evaluation systems (evals/harnesses). You will also train and support developers in using AI tools and create technical documentation and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and provide support to developers in using AI tools (AI-assisted development)
• Develop integrations and tools: build MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, CLI tools, and AI Skills
• Identify new use cases and optimize workflows
• Create technical documentation and training materials
• Collaborate on creating model evaluation systems (evals/harnesses)

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Python or TypeScript
• Experience building MCP (Model Context Protocol) and creating AI Skills
• Practical use of AI assistants in everyday coding
• Software engineering fundamentals: architecture, algorithms, Git, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud (AWS or GCP)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and very good communication and trainer skills
• Fluent English
