Description

You will design and develop a web application platform for automated commissionability review and construction acceptance verification. The system analyzes BIM/IFC digital building models, technical documentation, and engineering standards using Agentic AI, detects design errors, and generates acceptance/verification reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a web application for automatic analysis of IFC models and verification of construction standards

• Parse IFC files and extract metadata, manage spatial relationships and IFC GUIDs

• Integrate BIM viewers (e.g., xeokit, IFC.js, Autodesk APS) with PDF parsers and AI frameworks (RAG, agentic AI)

• Automate acceptance rule workflows and fine-tune LLMs for industry-specific analysis accuracy

• Implement defect/issue reporting modules linked directly to 3D model geometry using BCF/viewpoints

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience for BIM/AEC

• Advanced knowledge of IFC: parsing data structures, BuildingSMART standards, 3D geometry processing

• Strong programming skills in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript

• Practical knowledge of BIM viewers: IFC.js, xeokit, Autodesk Construction Cloud / APS or similar

• Modern AI experience: integration of GenAI models, RAG, agentic AI (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel) and vector/graph databases

• Higher education (Civil Engineering, Architecture, Informatics, or related)
