Description

You will join an IT team to co-create modern solutions using generative AI (GenAI). You will design, develop, and deploy LLM-based tools that mainly support automation and improving the efficiency of processes related to testing IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clarify, and analyze business and technical requirements; prepare recommendations for using LLM models in SDLC processes
• Work with testing teams to design AI solutions that support and automate parts of their tasks
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and DevOps to implement and deploy created solutions
• Model processes and define communication and integration between systems
• Develop and maintain IT applications and components in the SDLC process area according to reference architecture and technical/business requirements
• Modernize and optimize existing systems and IT solutions; automate processes and improve performance
• Ensure high code quality via code review, automated tests, and good programming practices
• Participate in technical, integration, and performance testing; create and update technical documentation
• Monitor system operation, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents

Requirements

• Knowledge of current market solutions in generative AI and possibilities of applying them to business processes
• Knowledge of LangChain/LangGraph and/or Pydantic AI
• Knowledge of methodologies and tools used for testing IT systems
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements for IT development projects
• Knowledge of UML or BPMN
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases: Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL
• Good knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of Big Data concepts or basic experience processing large datasets
• Basic knowledge of Java
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript
