Description

Join a team responsible for the data domain and the development of modern analytical tools in a bank. The project focuses on turning raw financial-operational data into actionable business information through reporting, process automation, and decision-support/business models.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive reports, analyses, and summaries, including project settlements

• Create and develop business models supporting decision-making processes

• Recommend optimal solutions based on insights drawn from analyzed data

• Automate repetitive reporting processes

• Participate in projects related to the development of analytics tools and the bank’s data spaces

Requirements

• Higher education (economics, informatics, statistics, mathematics or related)

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in a data analysis-related role

• Very good practical SQL knowledge, including effective query writing and database analysis

• Fluent MS Excel knowledge

• Advanced analytical skills, ability to synthesize conclusions, and comfort presenting analysis results

• Independence, excellent self-organization, responsibility, and willingness to collaborate within a team

• Nice to have: practical Oracle SQL knowledge

• Nice to have: Power BI and/or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) knowledge

• Nice to have: VBA knowledge for Excel automation
