Description

Software Developer (AI) will co-create modern tools based on LLM models to support automation and increase the efficiency of processes related to testing IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather, align, analyze business and technical requirements and prepare recommendations for using LLM models in SDLC processes
• Collaborate with testing teams to design AI solutions that support and automate parts of their tasks
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and DevOps to implement and deploy the solutions
• Model processes and define communication and integration between systems
• Develop and maintain IT applications and components for SDLC processes according to reference architecture and business/technical requirements
• Modernize and optimize existing systems and IT solutions; automate processes and improve performance
• Ensure high code quality via code review, automated tests, and good programming practices
• Participate in technical, integration, and performance tests; create and update technical documentation
• Monitor system operation, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents

Requirements

• Knowledge of current market solutions and technologies in generative AI and possibilities of applying them in business processes
• Knowledge of LangChain/LangGraph and/or Pydantic AI
• Knowledge of methodologies and tools in IT system testing
• Experience collecting and analyzing business and technical requirements for IT system development projects
• Knowledge of UML/BPMN
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases: Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL
• Good knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of Big Data concepts or basic experience processing large datasets
• Basic knowledge of Java
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript
