Description

You will work on an AI-native platform for the legal industry, building agentic AI workflows that let legal teams delegate complex, multi-step work. The platform goes beyond chat-based assistance to actual end-to-end execution on documents, including review, drafting, analysis, anonymization, translation, and semantic search. The product is designed to be scalable and performant for large volumes of large legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI workflows for legal document processing
• Deliver scalable, robust backend systems
• Create end-to-end document capabilities: review, drafting, analysis, anonymization, translation, semantic search
• Collaborate closely with product and take ownership of technical direction
• Deliver high-quality code and actively challenge decisions

Requirements

• Strong English communication (C1+)
• Experience building scalable, robust backend systems within (or close to) the stack above
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling in daily work (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) — hard requirement
• Comfort in a fast-paced, international startup environment
