Description

You’ll build agentic AI workflows that let legal teams delegate complex, multi-step work. Beyond chat assistance, the system performs end-to-end document execution, including review, drafting, analysis, anonymization, translation, and semantic search. The product is highly scalable and performant, handling large volumes of large legal documents, with real ownership and impact.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI workflows for legal document execution
• Develop scalable and robust backend systems
• Deliver high-quality code and challenge decisions
• Collaborate closely with product and take ownership of impact

Requirements

• Strong English communication (C1+)
• Experience building scalable, robust backend systems within (or close to) the stack above
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling in daily work (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) — hard requirement
• Comfort in a fast-paced, international startup environment
