Description

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join a team working on multiple projects using different modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and participate in review sessions: review development needs, requirement analyses, project reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Create and maintain documentation and validate technical solutions before implementation
• Develop and administer ServiceNow: configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform updates, and reviews of omitted records
• Create solutions and scripts: business rules, UI actions, ACL lists, etc.
• Develop flows/work activities, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensure compliance with internal development standards and identify automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Support testing, deployment, and mentoring of less experienced team members

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• ServiceNow certifications are an additional advantage
• Excellent knowledge of English enabling effective and fluent communication
• Required fluent knowledge of Polish
• Required place of residence in Poland
