Description

You will join a team working on multiple projects using different modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Your tasks

• Analyze and participate in review sessions: analyze development needs, take part in requirements analyses, project reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Create and maintain documentation and validate technical solutions before implementation
• Develop and administer ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform updates, and reviews of skipped records
• Develop solutions and scripts (business rules, UI actions, ACL lists, etc.), create flows/jobs, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensure compliance with internal development standards and identify automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Provide support for testing, deployment, and mentoring of less experienced team members

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as ServiceNow Developer
• Experience in basic ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are an additional advantage
• Excellent knowledge of English enabling effective and smooth communication
• Required fluent Polish knowledge
• Required place of residence in Poland
