Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software or business transformation projects.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create clear requirements and documentation.

Nice to Have

• Experience across different industries, such as finance, telecom, technology, or automotive.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Understanding of modern IT architectures and digital platforms.
