Description

You will work on administration and support of the production Azure platform, ensuring stability, continuity, performance, and availability. The role also involves on-call duties 24/7 for critical production environments and collaboration with development teams during migrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Azure environment.
• Install, configure, and update platform components; ensure their optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot network, storage, and security-related issues as part of second-line support.
• Monitor environment health, performance, availability, and resource utilization.
• Analyze incidents and take actions to maintain system stability and continuity.
• Join on-call 24/7 rotations for critical production environments.
• Collaborate with developer teams on application migration.
• Improve administrative and operational processes through automation and best practices.
• Create and update technical documentation and operational specifications.
• Provide technical support for less experienced team members and share knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Azure administration.
• Ability to independently run administrative tasks and resolve technical problems.
• Willingness to support and share knowledge with less experienced team members.
• Experience preparing technical specifications and operational documentation.
• Very good communication skills and experience working with different stakeholder groups.
• Good work organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.
