Description

As an IT Governance Manager, you will support portfolio planning, governance, and reporting, helping turn strategic priorities into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end demand intake process, ensuring new initiatives are assessed, prioritized, and aligned with business and IT objectives
  • Maintain visibility of project and program ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Contribute to strategic portfolio planning by analyzing demand, priorities, resource capacity, and investment opportunities
  • Prepare portfolio insights, dashboards, and management presentations to support governance and leadership decision-making
  • Coordinate and facilitate portfolio governance forums, documenting decisions, actions, risks, and dependencies
  • Partner with stakeholders, project managers and IT teams to ensure initiatives remain aligned with strategic objectives
  • Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio review processes
  • Monitor portfolio performance, risks, and benefits realization, proactively identifying improvement opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement of demand management, governance, and reporting practices
  • Promote adoption of portfolio management standards, processes, and tools across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, or a related field
  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, Governance, Business Analysis, Project Management, or a similar role
  • Understanding of portfolio management, budgeting, and governance principles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with facilitating and documenting workshops
  • Experience with creating professional management presentations
  • Ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking
  • Experience with portfolio management tools such as Clarity is an advantage
  • Speak and write English effortlessly; Danish is an advantage but not a requirement
