Description

This role focuses on managing a large, complex transformation program building an enterprise ecosystem for claims and benefits services based on data, automation, AI, and workflow processes. The program requires enterprise-level AI/GenAI adoption with coordinated delivery across multiple parallel workstreams, while ensuring governance, regulatory compliance, and measurable business value through KPIs and benefits monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects/programs bridging business and technology
• Manage multiple parallel streams and dependencies across projects
• Coordinate AI transformation roadmap and enterprise deployments
• Oversee transformation efforts including operating model changes, business process changes, and organizational change management
• Evaluate business value of AI initiatives and define KPI/adoption metrics and benefits
• Ensure AI governance and regulatory compliance (AI Act, RODO, DORA, NIS2) including Responsible AI, bias mitigation, and explainability
• Manage planning, budgeting, executive reporting, benefits monitoring, and risk management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (architecture, data science, developers, business experts, external vendors)

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years managing complex IT projects/programs at business–technology interface
• Minimum 5 years leading transformation/strategic programs with budget > 20 mln PLN across many parallel streams
• Experience with AI/GenAI, data platforms (Data Platform/Data Lake/Data Hub), digital transformation, and cloud solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience in large matrix organizations (1000+ employees)
• Experience managing operating model and business process changes plus organizational change management
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLM, chatbots/AI agents, and Machine Learning
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban
• Ability to define KPIs, adoption metrics, and business benefits for AI initiatives
• Experience building AI transformation roadmaps and coordinating enterprise deployments (Enterprise AI Transformation)
• Knowledge of AI regulatory requirements: AI Act, RODO, DORA, NIS2; Responsible AI; bias and explainability
• Experience with executive reporting to Board/Steering committees/C-level
• Experience coordinating teams 50+ across architecture, data science, developers, business experts, external suppliers
• Ability to lead multiple parallel project streams and manage inter-project dependencies
• Leadership and communication to align business, IT, and external partners; translate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to decide under high uncertainty typical for AI programs; flexible approach due to fast AI evolution
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Practical experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile-Waterfall models
• Technical higher education (informatics/automation/mathematics/econometrics or related)
• Project management certification: PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner or SAFe
• Hybrid work: min 3 days in office and 2 remote (more in office allowed)
